Full membership to this ‘rainbow’ organisation is FREE and is open to all minority ethnic serving police officers, special constables or police staff employed by any of the policing institutions operating in Scotland (the Scottish Police Authority, Police Scotland, British Transport Police, Ministry of Defence Police and Civil Nuclear Constabulary).

Associate membership is FREE and is open to individuals – regardless of ethnic background and companies and other corporate bodies within and outwith policing, who support the aims of SEMPER Scotland.
